Company Policy

The Company

We represent arnchitectural products manufacturers and started EasyDisplays when we discovered these wonderful presentation and exhibit displays for our own use and learned that our neighbors at the shows also wanted them.  We use what we sell and know that you will find it the best buy you make - and we back that with a 30 day, no hassle, return policy (does not apply to custom graphics). Our products, manufactured by Prezenta, EXPOGO!, NextDayDisplays, Orbus or Free Lance Sales are the finest products and quality available.

Pricing

Our pricing reflects the current selling prices suggested by the manufacturer.  We may have special pricing that we cannot show on our web site.  Please call or email for any special pricing and quantity discounts.

Product Shipping

Most products are shipped next day, except special fabrication and graphics production.  Products are shipped from Wilmington, NC, Bolingbrook, IL or Sturgeon Bay, WI via UPS or FedEx Ground.  Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping are available at extra cost.

Returns

You may return any product except custom fabrics or graphics within 30 days of purchase in its original shipping containers for a full refund, excluding the normal ground shipping charges to you.  If the items returned are not damaged, we will issue a full refund to your credit card or send you a check if you paid by other than credit card.  A re-stocking charge equal to 20% of purchase price may be applicable for special fabrication orders.

Credit Card Billing

Your credit card will be billed by EasyDisplays on the day we ship your order to you.  We authorize the purchase amount against your credit card at time of order but do not bill your credit card before shipping your order.  Credit Card Billing is securely processed through Authorize.net.

Checks

We accept company checks by mail with a completed order form and company purchase order.  We will accept purchase orders from established companies and institutions who have telephoned EasyDisplays in advance and will fax or e-mail an invoice to you when the product is shipped; terms Net 15 Days.

Privacy

We do not sell, share or give your name and information to any other company or person.  Credit card information is stored separately from our web site.

Business Hours

We are open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, Pacific Time.  Friday we go home at noon.  We check and respond to e-mail several times every day.  We check for telephone voice messages frequently and will normally return your call the same day.
